All orders are shipped via reputed international express couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We select the most reliable carrier based on your destination to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Every shipment includes a tracking number, which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package in real time through the carrier's website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

NN Senso Wave offers free express worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges or handling fees. The price you see on your quote or invoice is the total amount you pay.

We ship to over 100 countries. For international orders, please note:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
• Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
• We provide all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, with every shipment.
• If your country has specific import regulations for industrial equipment, please inform us before ordering so we can ensure compliance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, our policy is as follows:

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered, programmed, or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return. This will be communicated at the time of order.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status:

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs for buyer-initiated returns (non-defective) are deducted from the refund amount.
