We sell industrial automation components including but not limited to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, servo motors, fire safety equipment, and related accessories. All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual products may vary slightly in appearance from their photographs.

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency specified on each product listing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase or as confirmed in your quote.

For products listed as "Request Quote," pricing will be provided upon inquiry and is valid for the period specified in the quote.

Submitting an order or inquiry through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation via email.

We may cancel orders if products are unavailable, pricing errors exist, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation or invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as communicated during the order process. Full payment must be received before shipment unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

We offer free express worldwide shipping on most orders. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact us at support@nnsensowave.in with your order details.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Products sold by NN Senso Wave carry the manufacturer's original warranty where applicable. We do not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and relevant documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NN Senso Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
